We are not a large multi-sector supplier of personnel employee leasing or hr services  that has acquired  little know-how in terms of alpine tourism. We are alpine tourism! 

YM Works is part of the Young Mountain network

The young mountain marketing gmbh was founded in 2002 by Jan, Paul, Jürgen and Andi, four dedicated snowboarders who wanted to make their passion for winter sports accessible to others. For 20 years now, they have been attracting the tourist offer of alpine destinations with Young Mountain while bringing hundreds of motivated employees to 60+ European tourist resorts  for the implementation of our projects every year. Young Mountain has always been committed to thinking ahead and enhancing the attractiveness of the tourist offer of alpine destinations. We have succeeded in setting trends that have become vital components of our offers due to their outstanding popularity among our guests. There is no top ski resort that can be imagined without a Funslope for example. Our projects have always been based on know-how and a huge amount of manpower.The latter has been provided by the Shape Academy, which to this day is the only and largest training line and career opportunity for the construction and supervision of fun facilities for two decades now. The Shape Academy recruits and sends several hundred specialized workers to more than 60 European tourist destinations every year. In terms of secondments in the alpine area, we are highly specialized professionals and know all the requirements and potential problems of tourist personnel hr services from A to Z. Since the end of 2022, we have expanded our offer and make the know-how and recruiting power of the Shape Academy available to all providers of tourism services under the name of "Young Mountain Works". From tourism professionals for tourism professionals!
